Updated to Version 23.0.54Special thanks to great community feedback and help. You guys are awesome! If you would like to get more info about the current state of the game and get some helpful guides, tips, and tricks, please visit this link. This is an endgame Girls X Battle 2 tier list. Heroes featured on this tier list are good in PvP, for PvE some other heroes might fit much better.
It’s meant to steer the newer players towards the right path, so they won’t use some of the best heroes as meat while keeping others that are useless in the endgame.Girls that didn’t make it to the list are not viable at the moment and are just not worthy of the time or resources invested.Note that there is no definitive tier list and that the heroes might get a rebalance while you collect your desired team since it takes months for most people to level up girls to 10 stars. The Tier List will get updated with every new patch, a hero (girl) rebalance and the new girl releases.Tier Lits instructions:. Use search to find the girl you are looking for. Tier 1. Definitely a must in any team. Each of these girls can fit any team, no matter the composition or synergies. Absolutely dominating girls. CapsuGirl, Psychic, Turin, Esau and Jacob, Wraith, Michael, Phoenix, Raphael. Tier 2.
Girls in this tier can make as much difference like the ones in the top tier if they are used in the right teams and in the right way. Giana, Valeera, Priestess, Amazon, KongMing. Tier 3. They are a solid choice and they can make their impact in the right hands. They are clearly not as good as the ones from the two upper tiers, but still a steadfast choice. Sakura, Nobunaga, Amelia, Lucifer, Sonya. Tier 4.
These girls actually require the right set up to make some impact. Any of the girls in the upper tiers can fill their shoes much better, but hey, they made it to the list. Gambler, Fencer, Nani, Hexa, Scythe, Gabriel. Tier 5. They are worthwhile mentions and good replacements in case you can’t get hold of girls in the higher tiers. Hottie, Blowie, Linky, Muppet, Dracula.★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CapsugirlCapsugirl has great crowd control and solid DMG.
She is really great in PvP because she has a chance to stun multiple opponents each time she uses her active skill Luvly Attack, and deal nice damage to multiple foes at the same time. She is a nice addition to any team, each time any of your heroes use an active skill she will attack and get another chance to apply stun.
Besides this, Capsugirl can survive a lot longer thanks to two “RNG God” abilities that are giving her the ability to withstand more DMG, immunity to cc, crit chance speed, and 50% reduced damage taken when she gets close to death. So, she is an excellent combination of attack and defense, both in one. Find this heroine’s place in Girls X Battle at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PsychicPsychic is a classic all-rounder. This girl truly has it all: buffs, debuffs, healing, ccShe is the best support from the Monster race. Psychic is good at boosting her allies with energy while weakening her enemies and making them prone to any attacks your allies make. The damage is boosted by up to 50% for 3 rounds!
If you think wow, that’s why she made it to the list, nope. Those are just side bonuses to the main skill, Bite Back. When Psychic gets below 50% health she has 75% to stun every foe for 2 rounds! That’s why she is ranked so high on our list, this skill is making a real difference in PvP. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TurinAnother girl from the Monster race (or house) high on the list.
Deserved, don’t doubt it. She is an excellent front-line champion with awesome tanking potential as well as the nice passive damage potential through her counter attacks.
Nuclear Strike can deal damage to the backline, but that’s just a side effect. Buff that it has is much more important, as it makes Turin 35% sturdier (DMG reduction) and it increases her attack by 40%. When you combine that 40% with her counter-attacking every enemy she becomes a real DMG powerhouse worthy of most teams. She is therefore excellent for both PvP and PvE, you can rely on her to do all the work against teams with multiple enemies. Turin is great when you combine her with Psychic, as Plasma Field does 100% more damage against stunned targets, and she is also a Monster ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esau and JacobTwins, Esau and Jacob are the best damage dealers in the game at the moment, hands down. Hell, at the present, twin duo is probably the best hero in Girls X Battle 2.
The blast of Destruction will start the impending doom of the enemy team, as it will also reduce the armor of the frontline enemies. Bringers of Fate skill will significantly help in case one or more girls in your team dies but also when you kill one of the enemy heroes. This can trigger an unstoppable snowball effect, and finish the round promptly. Also, Esau and Jacob have a notable speed and they can even buff themselves with Benediction. Twins are a real powerhouse, in case you are looking for the hero to wreck any team, look no further. The only disadvantage is that it’s genuinely hard to max-star them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gear up for hardcore gamingWe found the best, now you choose your weapon ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WraIthWraith is a burst assassin from a house of Demons.
That’s her only flaw, as they are a bit harder to star-up. On the other hand, she excels at dealing damage to bosses and any other higher health foes since she is dealing percentual damage depending on the enemies’ total health. This skill also increases her critical and it deals even more DMG to enemy priests.
The main advantage of the skill is that she can use it really often because Wraith gains energy each time an ally uses a skill. Curse skill is a sort of debuff for the casters in the other team, as it reduces their energy by 50 each time it hits. It will make sure that your most devastating foes don’t use their active abilities that often which is really important. Wraith can really decimate your opponents and make a difference in both PvP as well as PvE, and there aren’t many heroes that can do this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MichaelMichael might not be the best option at the start, but her potential really skyrockets after she gets 10 stars. She becomes completely immune to any crowd control, and she can resurrect to full health after she is defeated. The aforementioned can turn the tide of close battles easily.
Besides that, Michael can cc up to 4 enemies with her active ability for 2 rounds and as a bonus, she is healing the ally with the lowest health for 400% of the damage done! Like that isn’t enough, she also buffs the allies critical. This puts her at the highest tier of our list, but we have to mention the one negative trait: she is an Angel. As you are well aware, Angels are harder to star-up like demons. Michael excels at PvP, and she is good at guild boss battles.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PhoenixAs Demons have their own heavy damage dealer that can snowball an enemy team, Angels have their own counterpart. Phoenix is a heavy DMG dealer with an excellent speed that allows her to attack first. Besides dealing fantastic DMG, her active skill has 100% to stun both opponents it hits if they have more health. If they don’t, they will soak another 160% bonus damage. That’s not all, as her passive Blood Feeding allows Phoenix to refill the energy and deal 30% bonus damage for 3 rounds. This basically means that each time she downs an enemy, she will use her active again in the next round, where she will probably down another enemy and you know where this is going.
Last Faith is giving her the stun immunity, so she can hardly be stopped. Real steamroll machine. Phoenix might not be as good as Esau and Jacob, but in our opinion, she is second best.
Phoenix is hard to star-up, like most Angels. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RaphaelSeems that Angel house got the most heroes on the top of the list. Raphael is the queen of long, tedious matches that require a lot of sustain and survivability.
She is one of the best healers in the game, and she’s got some nice buffs to support the team even further. Asylum, her main ability deals solid damage to 4 targets and buffs 4 allies’ attack, speed and healing received. Raphael is healing three teammates with each of her basic attacks for a solid amount, and she is prioritizing the ones with low health. On top of this, if Raphael gets defeated she becomes a Beacon of Light, healing all of the teammates for 300% of her attack for 5 rounds! This will greatly increase the survivability of your team, probably for long enough to finish off the round. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★MIGHT AND MAGIC CHESS ROYALEBMG Play's pick of the week.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GianaGiana is the first Ghost on our list. You could say it’s a hero that really benefits from deaths in her team, even her own. She is an AoE mage that doesn’t deal some blasting damage while she is alive. But let’s talk about it first.
Fire Fox is a good skill, no doubt, but it’s not a game-changer. It hurts every foe, but it’s not something to write home about.
More importantly, it silences warriors and it increases Giana’s attack. Cold Blood buffs Giana’s attack and crit even further and will let her attack enemies whenever any of her teammates is downed. Flower Engulf will make her sturdier and once again increase her attack! If she gets all of the buffs, Fire Fox makes much more sense, and it can pack a solid punch. But the main reason Giana is so high is Summon Soul, which activates when she dies and it can decimate the enemy team seriously or even wipe it clean, depending on their current health. Any hero that relies on the death of a teammate (like Esau and Jacob) has a great synergy with Giana.
Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ValeeraAnother Ghost on our list and it’s a mage again!
Valeera is an excellent aoe self-sustaining mage. Her active skill, Dark Tales is dealing nice damage to 4 foes, and it poisons them for 2 rounds, for some additional impact. She has 20% to freeze and another 20% to petrify any target. This makes it a solid 40% cc chance on any foe struck by the Dark Tales, and remember that she is hitting 4 of them at once.
Both effects last for 2 rounds. First passive, Speed Reading will boost her basic hits to 2 targets instead of one, and it steals 15% of their attack for 3 rounds. Master of Magic will buff Valeera’s offensive capabilities even further, and also boost her Hp by 25%. But her main passive is definitely Mana Shield.
It has a 50% chance to heal Valeera for a huge amount of health or restore 30 energy each time she is impacted by an active ability. This increases her survivability beyond any reason, especially against AoE teams.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PriestessThe priestess is a specific mage. She gets stronger with every round and becomes extremely deathly after a few rounds. However, she doesn’t have any defensive abilities and can’t protect herself against a cc, so she needs to be in a team with good support. Basically she is stacking marks with every hit and ability on her foes AND when someone hits her. Marks can be stacked and they increase her damage by 35% each. This might not seem much, and it’s not in the beginning, but after a few rounds, she becomes a real monster (pun intended) that can devastate enemies even with basic attacks. Priestess also excels at PvE.
If you ask yourself who should you play in a team with Priestess, the answer is simple: another Priestess! Their marks stack, so both of them will be dealing massive damage each round while weakening their foes even further. They can steamroll virtually any team in case they get enough support and survive long enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AmazonAmazon iswell, a Ranger. She is the first Fairy that made it to the list.
Her speed is awesome, it puts her in front of most heroes, and she will probably play first in the round. SIlence Arrow is not dealing a lot of DMG, but it will hit every opponent and it has a 40% chance to silence them for 2 rounds. Amazon will get the same percentage of damage reduction and complete immunity to any cc for the same duration.
This will help her stay consistent and deal damage every round without any interruptions by cc or, you know, death. In PvP, this is really important, as most teams have at least 1 cc hero. Silence also renders some foes useless when it matters the most, and since she is playing first, she will make sure the foes didn’t use their active attacks. Her basic hits have a 75% chance to deal awesome poison DMG and a low chance to silence the target. It’s not much, but it can happen. Stack her with crit items as much as possible, she already has a significant crit thanks to her passives. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kong MingLittle Kong is a great addition to most teams.
She is a bit unspecific character, a priest that benefits from crit and attack items a lot. Her active is Phantom Tide, and it has the ability to deal exquisite waste to 4 enemies as well as healing every ally for 6 rounds. Yeah, it rocks and we have only started.
Red Lotus Flame will increase Kong Ming’s HP, offense and a crit by a high margin. Song of the Forest enables Kong Ming to heal herself for three rounds (life-stealing basically) and she gains a bonus to the offense. The Elegy of Wind will trigger once she gets under half health points and it will silence all enemies. It will also boost Kong Ming’s crit damage by a high margin, for a significant number of rounds. She is also great for PvE, every game mode. Many will wonder why she is so high on the list, but it’s her versatility that makes her so useful and a real Jack of all trades.
Her only downside is that she is susceptible to crowd controls. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gear up for hardcore gamingWe found the best, now you choose your weapon ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SakuraShe is a controller and a damage dealer. Pair her up with Amelia or any other heroes that can petrify to max out her damage. Sakura Dance, her active skill will attack the backline, has a 35% chance to petrify and will reduce their armor by 30%!
Pretty awesome ability, which comes extremely handy in PvP. Hearth of Kendo will increase her armor, offense, and HP and make her immune to petrification. Killing Mark will help her harm the petrified enemies even more with basic hits and another 20% chance to petrify them for 2 rounds. Zanshin, her last passive will increase Sakura’s damage reduction by 50% for 3 rounds when she gets under 50% health.
This will hugely impact her survivability, especially if she has nice support to mend her wounds. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NobunagaNobunaga is one of the favorite heroes in the game for sure.
She is a heavy damage dealer that debuffs foes taking away their crit potential and buffs herself. Fire Smash is Nobunaga’s active ability that attacks the whole enemy team and bleeds them, dealing additional DPS beside the regular damage. It also takes away their critical chance and critical DMG by a substantial margin for a few rounds, but usually long enough to last until she get enough energy to use it again. Violence is a passive skill that also steals opponents’ crit chance to boost Nobunaga’s and she can gain additional critical damage. Power Boost is a standard buff, with a high offense, low HP and high critical DMG boost.
Counterstrike kinda speaks for itself, Nobunaga will attack the enemy back after their every hit, and she will deal great damage doing so. When you combine it with her critical chance it can become completely devastating to any foe. Her only downside is that she is unable to defend against cc, so you’ll need to be mindful of it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AmeliaAmelia is a fine leech mage. She is focused on leeching the energy of her foes and has a solid chance to petrify the enemies. Magic Array will attack all enemies in the opposite team for a solid amount, but it also has a 30% chance to petrify them for 2 rounds and another 30% to steal their energy.
Her basic attacks, however, have 75% to do the same thing, so she can render one foe virtually useless for one round. If she gets under 50% health she becomes a real glass cannon, getting a lot of offence, but reducing her own armor by 40%. This will make her even more vulnerable, and it can be either really great or really bad depending on the situation. Players that like to gamble should definitely consider her in a team. The reason Amelia isn’t higher on the list is that she is really susceptible to cc and damage and that makes her relatively easy to counter and she is a Demon, so it’s a bit harder to promote her.
She is also one of those heroes that certainly shines after they get to 10 stars. Try to keep her in a team with another hero that can petrify, like Sakura. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LuciferLucifer is another awesome DoT damage dealer from the house of Demons. The only reason she is in tier 3 is that she is a Demon, and they have some other options that are even better.
That, and she can’t protect against any cc. With her active, Infernal Cut, Lucifer is attacking all foes and she will inflict the bleeding status, damaging them overtime for 3 rounds. Enemy rangers are especially vulnerable to it, as it hurts them for over double the initial amount. It also increases the skill damage by a fine sum passively. Devil’s Descent is further increasing this while adding boosts to attack and HP. Her basic hits are increasing Lucifer’s offense even further, but also boosting her speed by a small amount. But her main passive is Netherworld, as it gives Lucifer attack and energy each time a friend uses a skill.
This means she can use her active much more often, and it’s a reason you should pair her up with other heroes that can also use their actives frequently. In the right team, Lucifer can drain the foes quickly, especially if it consists of two or more rangers. At the start of the rounds, she might not be that good, but as time goes by and she gets enough buffs you’ll see what she can do. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SonyaSonya is a tank that can dish out amazing damage through her counter attacks. She’s one of the rare Humans on our list.
Flaming Hurricane is her active, and it’s great. It’s not impactful but it’s hitting three foes, reducing their armor and inflicting burning on them for 3 rounds. It deals substantial bonus damage to the enemy’s warriors.
First passive, Burning Blood, is further increasing burning DMG inflicted on the enemies and it’s also reducing their armor with each basic hit, while Wild Nature is boosting her armor, attack, and health by a good amount. Now we are getting to the sweet nectar, Flame Counterstrike. It’s the sole reason Sonya got on this list. Every time she gets attacked by an enemy with a lower armor than herself, Sonya will retaliate in an orderly fashing, dishing out nice damage. The trick is, she has more armor than other enemies as it is, so it’s basically 100% chance it will trigger.
You should just keep her alive for long enough, and she will drain the enemy team by just defending. It makes her great for PvP and not too shabby in PvE thanks to those armor reductions. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★MIGHT AND MAGIC CHESS ROYALEBMG Play's pick of the week. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GamblerI think that the Gambler is the most fitting name for this girl. She can be truly devastating to the enemies, or your weakest link.
Gambler is a glass cannon sort to speak. Her active ability, Danger Card, is dealing heavy DPS to 3 random foes through the bleeding she is inflicting. It’s even more destructive to the rangers, dealing bonus DMG against them. Gambler will heal herself for a solid amount depending on her offense. Blood Anger will make your basic attacks also bleed the target for a smaller percentage, but for 4 rounds, while also reducing a low portion of their armor.
Killing Heart is there to buff the Gambler’s offensive ability even further and also to deal more damage against the bleeding foes. Blood Absorb will heal her each time the enemy girl is downed, for a similar amount the Danger Card is healing. This will improve her survivability by some margin, but it’s not enough. She is vulnerable, but also indispensable in teams that got another hero inflicting bleeding. Protect her if possible, and she can be pretty useful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FencerAnother good tank, but she relies on survival and crowd controlling her opponents. You can use Fence throughout the game, she isn’t useful in one period while sucking in some others.
No need to wait for 6,8 or 10 stars to use her. Fencer’s active is Cold Fury. It dishes us some damage, has a high chance to freeze enemy front line for two rounds and it heals Fencer for 20% of her max health. Icy Land is a passive that has a chance to freeze any enemy attacking the Fencer, and the chance is increased against warriors. Winter is Coming is buffing her health and armor by a solid amount and Total Zero allows some self-healing when she gets under half of HP, but it only triggers once.
Fencer is a true tank, that’s not directly dangerous to another team, but is focused on disabling them, soaking up and self sustain. Of course, you should team her up with other freeze heroes for the best effect, but she isn’t too shabby in any team. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NaniNani is a Fairy house support. She is mostly good at buffing and debuffing. If you read her skills, there is nothing special that stands out but she can be beneficial, especially in a fairy team.
Her active skill is Music Wind, and it’s reducing enemies’ attack (whole team) while boosting her own allies for double the amount. She also has a chance to tag foes with critical Mark. Soul of Zither is boosting her own health, and Weaken Music is reducing all of the enemies’ armor for 3 rounds. String Shield will only trigger once her health drops below half and it will boost your teams’ armor by a great amount for three rounds. She is not the best priest out there but she is surely useful when you take into account all of the buffs and debuffs. You can’t rely on her to make a difference, but she can greatly help her team which can sometimes be of crucial necessity.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HexaHexa is one of the most favorite heroes out there. Awesome finisher, attacking the enemy backline and removing the most dangerous enemies first and relieving your own team from a lot of stress. Let’s see, Justice Rains is dealing damage to the back liners and steals their attack for 3 rounds while increasing her crit damage. She is also healed for an insignificant amount of health. Holy Power is boosting her offensive power as well as her health. Assassin’s Code (did someone say creed?) is boosting her attack whenever an enemy girl is downed, further quickening the enemy’s demise. Ion Blade makes Hexa attack the foe that has the lowest health, and her DMG is increased, while she is healing for (once again) an insignificant amount.
Hexa is not good against teams with a lot of cc, since she has no means to protect herself. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ScytheScythe is a seriously good tank, with passive power scores over most other heroes. On paper, she has an awesome combination of skills, but we put her in this tier for a few reasons. First of all, she is from the house of Demons, and we all know they are hard to collect and star-up. The second one is more obvious, there are better options in PvP like Turin that’s sturdier, or Sonya that can dish out massive quantities of damage. Scythe’s active skill, Enchant Mark, is attacking every foe and it tags them with Round Mark.
This will trigger after a round, dealing solid damage and it has a chance to re-apply itself and trigger once more after a round. It also increases Scythe’s DR by some small percentage for 3 rounds. The second one is the Petrify Mark, it’s triggered by the basic hits and it has a solid chance to petrify the target for 2 rounds and injure the opponent after one round. Dark Strike is working in a similar way as the Petrify Mark, but it has a small chance to recover Scythe’s health minorly. Back from Hell (they all sound like the metal albums, right?) will resurrect the Scythe with full health after she gets killed.
She is great in synergy with Esau and Jacob. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GabrielGabriel is a Warrior with a great volume of health and some reduction, but nothing to write the home about. She can withstand quite the number of punches, but there are better tanks out there. What stands her out of the crowd are the critical marks she applies on the foes with every strike, increasing the damage they receive when they are triggered. This, naturally, makes her exceptionally good when she is paired with other heroes with high criticals like Amazon or Nobunaga, Kong Ming Holy Blast is her active, and it will tag every foe with a critical mark, making them vulnerable to your other teammates and the Gabriel itself. Holy Song is greatly boosting Gabriel’s basic attributes: HP, Holy Damage, Critical, and DR. Holy Mark will tag every enemy she hits with a mark and boost Gabriel’s crit chance for 3 rounds.
Chaos Light is marking foes whenever Gabriel is hit and as a front-liner, she gets hit a lot. So, enemies are exposing themselves with every hit, and your team can finish them off with a bit of help from lady luck. As an Angel, she is harder to star-up and has no defenses against cc. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gear up for hardcore gamingWe found the best, now you choose your weapon ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HottieHottie is kinda similar to Kong Ming, but not as good.
Her active, Tasty Poison is attacking all foes and it’s reducing their precision while increasing the allies’ speed and their attack for 3 rounds. This enables your whole team to play much more often, and that can turn the tide of the game easily by itself. Bathrobe is greatly increasing Hottie’s health pool and speed. Mind Shock is changing her basic hits to inflict 3 random targets for somewhat reduced DMG. The Desire is her most useful passive – when she drops below half HP it triggers, reducing your opponents’ armor by a high margin and boosting your allies’ offense by the same amount. She is not the best option, but she is a formidable choice in some team compositions, especially in PvP. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BlowieBlowie is a really potent healer from the house of Humans (filthy muggles).
She can be useful in most game modes, both PvP and PvE, that’s why she is one of the most used girls in Girls X Battle 2. Storm Rush is her active, and as a side effect, it’s attacking two random foes for some damage. More importantly, it’s healing your entire team for 3 rounds and it has some additional chance to heal them for a huge sum.
Because she has low speed, she will probably use the ability last and actually heal your team as max as possible. Unfortunately, this also means that she can’t be used as often and that Blowie needs someone to boost her speed and unlock her full potential. Soft Wind will enable your basic hits to gain some additional attack and heal a random teammate for half of the amount and it’s lasting a few rounds. Soul of the Wind is making her sturdier while further increasing her offense.
Wind Fairy is kinda like the last stand. When Blowie gets under 30% health, she will heal everyone in the team, but this can only be triggered once. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LinkyLinky has an interesting mechanic. She is an assassin that will buff your allies by debuffing your foes.
Her active will deal solid damage to two foes, reduce their attack for 2 rounds and it will tag them with Hornet Mark. What’s Hornet Mark? Well, it’s a crazy debuff that can be stacked and it increases the damage that target takes by almost 50% with 1 mark! It can be stacked up to 300% making any enemy hero almost instantly implode after your attacks. Her first passive is Unconquered and it will boost the Linky’s offense by high percentage and some of her health. Heart of Steel is healing Linky by a huge sum each time she strikes a critical hit. Doppelganger is changing her basic attacks to target two opponents instead of one and tag them both with a slightly weaker version of Hornet Mark.
You need to be a bit patient with Linky, she is not that useful at the beginning, but patience pays off. She is great in PvE, even better than PvP, so if you are looking for an all-rounder, look no further. She is the right girl for you, and one of the most popular heroes in the game. Check her current placement in Girls X Battle 2 tier list at the top. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★MIGHT AND MAGIC CHESS ROYALEBMG Play's pick of the week. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MuppetAnother hero that looks perfect on paper, but in reality, there are better options for PvP.
Muppet is a sturdy damage-dealing tank that is excellent in PvE thanks to her skill set. Muppet String is her active ability and it’s attacking the front-line enemies dealing extra percentage DMG to the enemy depending on his maximum health if his HP is lower than Muppet’s. Most foes actually have less health than her, so the ability will proc most of the time. It’s also boosting her offense and armor break by some small margin. Muppet Curse will steal the armor from your foes for 3 rounds and increase her own.
Muppet Shield will passively boost her sturdiness by a great percentage while also increasing her offense. Muppet Awaken will greatly increase her critical chance and critical damage after four rounds, and when you take into account that she is also reducing their armor with each basic hit, she becomes really dangerous in case she survives long enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DraculaMany of you will argue that Dracula doesn’t belong here, and I could only partially agree. She is not exceptional, but there is one thing that makes her worthwhile – she is the easiest useful hero to get to 10 stars, and this is great news for any new players. In most of the similar games, it’s always much wiser to level up one character than to have a team of weak / mildly upgraded characters, and the Girls X Battle 2 is no different. She does exceptionally well against teams with a lot of mages.
Bet Blast attacks 4 random enemies dealing mild DMG, but if it hits enemy mages it will stun them for 4 rounds and deal additional damage. Weak Point greatly increases armor break, offense and it also boosts HP for a small percentage. Dracula’s basic hits will target the foes with the least health, reducing their armor which can lead to having strength in numbers pretty quickly in the round. Death Break will make a monster out of her when she gets under 80% health, healing her for an extreme percentage of HP and again increasing the armor break and critical chance. The downside is that she is really fragile and needs to be babysat, as she is prone to both cc regular attacks.

Pet Battle Resources
Here some of our favorite Pet Battle resources. We're always expanding these resources, so check back often!
You can calculate the battle stats of any pet (at any level and rarity) by checking the 'Battle Info' tab in the pet profiles found right here on WarcraftPets. These profiles are full of valuable information and community comments.
Getting Started with Pet Battles
To get started on becoming a pet battling master, seek out a Battle Pet Trainer in one of the lower level starting zones or in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
Trainers will teach you Battle Pet Training for 10, as well as how to Track Pets on your minimap.
The level requirement to receive Battle Pet Training is level 5, and once you've learned how to battle on one character, all your other characters will also receive the training.
In addition, the Battle Pet Trainer can teach you a race-specific pet if you don't already have it in your collection. However, the trainer will only offer to teach you the pet that is designated for your race.
Race-Specific Starter Pets
Here's a full list of each race's trainable companion. Note that many of these pets are also available from vendors located in or nearby faction capitals.
- - Draenei
- - Dwarf & Gnome
- - Human
- - Night Elf
- - Worgen
- - Blood Elf
- - Goblin
- - Orc & Troll
- - Tauren
- - Undead
- - Pandaren
Although the Battle Pet Trainer will only offer to teach you your race-specific companion, it is possible to add all of these pets to your collection. You can either find them in your faction’s auction house or you can create a character of the race whose pet you would like to learn. Using your new character, you can seek out any battle pet trainer in major cities. After you learn the pet, you can delete the character; the pet you learned will not be removed from your collection.
The Basics of Pet Battles
After training the Pet Battles ability, the first slot in your Pet Battles team will unlock. To have an active pet on your team, you'll need to select a companion from the list in your Pet Journal, and drag it into the first space under Battle Pet Slots. You can unlock the other two slots by completing the achievements Newbie and Just a Pup.
But before you head off to conquer the critter and companion world, you'll need to speak with your trainer again. The trainer will start you off on a short quest chain that will teach you the ability Revive Battle Pets. This spell is essential, as it’s the most convenient way for you to heal and resurrect your wounded and fallen pets.
Once you've learned how to heal your companions, you're pretty much all set to take on the wild world of Azeroth and beyond!
Pet Tracking and General Combat
The ability to track wild pets will allow you to see which critters are capturable and which aren't. If you have the tracking ability selected for your mini-map, a green paw print will show up if a wild pet is nearby. This same icon will also appear above a critter if it is a pet you can battle and catch.
When you've chosen a wild pet you would like to battle, right click on the critter and it will take you into a unique Pet Battle UI. You can't engage a Pet Battle if you are in combat, and any attack from a player or nearby creature will remove you from the Pet Battle.
TIP: Be sure that the area in which you start the battle is a fairly flat and clear spot. If there are large objects obstructing the area, such as a house or a large boulder, you won't be able to begin the battle. Likewise if there isn't enough ground space.
For the duration of the fight, creatures in the immediate area will not be visible to you (but they may still attack you if they wander too close). Keep in mind that other players will still be able to see you and attack you if you are eligible for player vs. player (PVP). Other players will also be able to view your pet battle in real time, including the pets involved as well as their health as the match progresses.
The Pet Battle UI
The Pet Battle combat UI will show you your active pet's abilities, your opponent's health, stats, quality and abilities, and there will be options for you to switch pets, pass a turn, capture a pet or forfeit the match.
The golden border and the 'speed' mini-icon surrounding a pet's portrait indicate its initiative (i.e., whether it will be the first to use an ability or attack each round). Initiative is based on a pet's speed, and if this stat is higher than your opponent's, you will be designated to go first.
Your Pet-Powered Arsenal
Each pet has 3 abilities it can use during a battle, but a total of 6 to choose from. They will also have a total of 3 active spell slots that show which abilities can be used during a Pet Battle. The first spell slot will already be unlocked, but the second and third will only become available once the companion has reached a certain level. Other spells will also unlock after reaching higher levels.
Each slot has two spell options, and you can switch abilities in each, but only before and after your pet battles—not during. To switch an active ability, click on a pet's active slot in your Pet Journal, and a select which ability you'd like your pet to use from the drop down menu.
When hovering over an ability, the tooltip will tell you whether or not that attack is weak or strong against certain pet types. Additionally, you can hover over the opposing team's pets and view their attacks during combat. This will be important since it’s a good idea to pit a pet that's strong against the opponent's pet who's vulnerable to that type.
How Pet Battles Work
Combat is turn-based and there is no time limit on each round in a PVE Pet Battle. You can take your time to determine which spell to use next. Some pet abilities have multiple round cooldowns, while others can do extra damage if certain conditions are met. Be creative and have fun testing which combination of attacks works best against different wild pets!
If your pet's health gets too low or its attacks aren't very effective against a certain combatant, you can always switch out your current pet with another companion on your team. Only pets that are considered active (i.e., those in your three Battle Pet Slots), may be switched in and out during the battle. Once the match is over, you can always change up your active pet team, which is useful if one of your pets is low on health or dead.
Each battle that you win will yield experience for each pet that participated. However, deceased companions will not receive any experience (so make an effort to keep them alive by swaping in a different pet). Experience gains are based on your pet's level compared to the wild pet. Defeating a higher level opponent will grant more experience than a much lower level one, but be ready for a tough fight!
TIP: Your pets won’t gain as much experience when you capture an opposing battle pet rather than kill it. Keep that in mind if you’re looking to level your pets quickly.
Higher level wild pets are often accompanied by more than one critter in battle. Only after beginning the battle will you be able to see any accompanying pets on their team. To win the battle, you will need to defeat (or capture) all of the opposing battle pets, even the newly joined ones.
Healing Your Battle Pets
After each Pet Battle, any injured companion will automatically regain 50% of the damage that was taken during combat. But if any pets on your team are severely low on health, or worse... dead... you have a few options.
The Revive Battle Pets spell (icon pictured at left) will be the primary way to heal your companions and resurrect them. Clicking it heals and resurrects all of your pets in your Pet Journal, including your active team. This ability can only be used out of combat and has an 8 minute cooldown, so use it wisely.
If a companion dies during the battle, it will need to be resurrected before it can participate in another encounter or be summoned as a traveling companion. Get that pet a medic! Or in this case, a Stable Master. Stable Master NPCs can heal and revive your pets for a small fee, and there is no cooldown on the Stable Master's heal. You’ll find Stable Masters in major towns and cities across Azeroth.
FYI: Both the Revive Battle Pets ability and the Stable Master's heal are put on a 3 minute lock-out at the moment you log in. This is to prevent players from rapidly switching back and forth between characters to use these healing abilities on pets since the cooldown is not shared between characters.
Heal spell on cooldown? Can't seem to find a Stable Master? Well, you're in luck because there's yet another way to heal your companions!
The Battle Pet Bandage is the third way to heal and resurrect your pets. It's a random drop from the Sack of Pet Supplies that you can obtain by defeating NPC Pet Tamers. It functions in the same fashion as the Revive Battle Pets spell, but it doesn't have a cooldown.
TIP: Battle Pet Bandages are bind-on-account so you can move them between all your characters. Additionally, they are stored in stacks of 25.
Battle Pet Families and Abilities
Each pet is categorized into a group or family type. There are 10 pet families: Aquatic, Beast, Critter, Dragonkin, Elemental, Flying, Humanoid, Magic, Mechanical, and Undead.
Every pet family has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as a passive bonus. This information is helpful to know so you can plan stronger attacks against pets who are vulnerable to them, and defend against pets whose attacks are strong against your pet type.
Strong vs. Weak
The table below shows which pets families are strongest or weakest versus other families. Strong attacks receive a 50% damage increase (base dmg x1.5) while weak attacks suffer a 33% damage penalty (base dmg x0.66).

Passive Pet Family Bonuses
Each family conveys a passive bonus to pets of that type. These bonuses can have a significant impact on the outcome of a Pet Bettle under the right circumstances.
- Aquatic: Harmful damage over time effects are reduced by 50% on Aquatic pets.
- Beast: Beats deal 25% extra damage below half health.
- Critter: Critters are immune to roots, stuns, and sleep effects.
- Dragonkin: Dragons deal 50% additional damage on the next round after bringing a target's health below 50%.
- Elemental: Elementals ignore negative weather effects.
- Flying: Flying creatures gain 50% extra speed while above 50% health.
- Humanoid: Humanoids recover 4% of their maximum health if they dealt damage this round.
- Magic: Magic pets cannot be dealt more than 35% of their maximum health in one attack.
- Mehcanical: Mechanical pets come back to life once per battle, returning to 20% health.
- Undead: Undead pets return to life immortal for one round when killed.
Ability Strengths and Weaknesses
Along with general families, pet abilities are also categorized by type. In most cases, a companion will have spells that correspond with its family type, but some pets will have unique abilities that fall under a different group.
For example, the Azure Whelpling belongs to the Dragonkin family. However, it has Beast, Magic, and Elemental abilities in addition to a Dragonkin attack. Different attacks are strong and weak against different family types. Having a diverse spell selection might increase your chances of being prepared with a strong attack against an opposing team.

Capturing Wild Pets
Most of the PVE battle pets you face in the wild can be can be captured. To capture a wild pet, you will need to bring its health down to less than 35% and then use the Trap ability once it lights up. Note that using this will take up your turn for the round. In addition, you may only capture one companion on a team of wild pets, so choose wisely!
CAUTION: If your goal is to collect a wild pet, be careful not to kill it! Remember, your objective is to drop it below 35% health. So avoid using any strong attacks against the wild pet when it drops below 50%.
Not all the pets that join a wild pet's team will be capturable. However the majority of them can be trapped. The best way to determine whether or not a pet can be caught is by checking for it in the Pet Journal. If the pet isn't listed, it likely can't be captured.
If at first you don't succeed...
There is always a chance that your trap will fail. The good news is that the chance of failure drops with each additional attempt. In some situations, a failed trap might mean you need to bring the wild pet's health down again for it to be eligible for caging.
FYI: Completing certain achievements will reward upgraded traps which will help to increase your chances of a successful capture.
PVP Encounters
Engaging a wild pet in battle will phase you out of the environment, and the wildlife in the immediate area will not be visible to you. This doesn't mean you will be invulnerable during a Pet Battle session, though.
In player vs. player designated zones, you will still be viewable and attackable by players, but you are not left completely defenseless. While engaged in a Pet Battle, any attack from another player will break you out of the battle. You will receive a 3 second damage shield that will absorb 50% of incoming attacks. The same exact wild pet that you were previously battling will respawn after you come out of combat with the other player. However, if you defeated the primary pet in battle prior to leaving the match, the pet and its team will not respawn.
Participating in Pet Battles will not automatically flag you for PVP on a PVE server. Only PVP zones such as Tol Barad or Wintergrasp will flag you for player versus player combat. On PVP servers, everyone is fair game!
Obtaining Your Prize
Your trap may fail a few times before you finally claim your prize, so be persistent and patient… you’ll get there!
Each wild pet you capture will have its own random set of battle stats dependent on its quality and breed. The next section covers pet quality in greater detail and we feature another guide on our site dedicated to breeds and breed IDs.
You’ll also notice that pets of certain levels will 'weaken' after being captured.
- A level 16 to 20 wild pet will lose 1 level when caught.
- A level 21 to 25 pet will lose 2 levels when caught.
CAUTION: If you are unsuccessful in battle, any wild pet you managed to trap during the fight will be lost.
So remember, in order to receive any trapped pet, you must win the overall battle. If you happen to trap the first opponent on a wild pet team, but lose the match against the second critter, the first pet will be lost and you will have to try again with another wild pet.
Battle Pet Quality
Battle pets can come in four known qualities:
- [Poor] - gray
- [Common] - white
- [Uncommon] - green
- [Rare] - blue
- [Epic] - purple
- [Legendary] - orange
Pets with [epic] and [legendary] qualities are not yet accessible to players (as of Patch 5.1). But Blizzard has stated they fully intend to implement them in the future.
FYI: A few of the highest level Master Tamer NPCs have pets of epic and legendary quality. There are also a few legendary pets that are objectives for the Beasts of Fable daily quest. However, there’s no way for you to capture any of these pets.
These different qualities affect a pet's battle stats. The higher the quality, the better its health, speed and attack values. These values will also scale better as you level your battle pet.
Stats can vary even if two pets share the same rarity. For example, one uncommon quality cat might have more health but less power and speed, while a second uncommon quality cat has less health but more power and speed. This is because each of these cats could have different breeds. You can learn more about breeds and breed IDs here.
Using the Stat Calculator
Each battle-ready pet on our site has a 'Battle Info' tab in its pet profile. At the top of this tab, you'll find the pet's stat calculator.
You can adjust the pet's level and rarity, and then cycle through all of its available breeds. (Note that some pets only come in one breed.) Cycling through each breed will tweak the overall stats of the pet.
Curious about the actual formula used to calculate each pet's battle stats? See the Calculating Stats Based on Breed section of our Guide to Pet Breeds.
Wild Pet Quality
The quality of captured wild pets is random. As of patch 5.1, upon entering a battle the Pet Battle UI shows the quality of a wild pet (idicated by a color-coded border around its icon). If you're farming a specific quality, if you forfeit the match your team will incur a small damage penalty (roughly 10%). There is no accurate way to determine a pet's quality prior to the start of a battle.
Non-Wild Pet Quality
Different qualities aren't limited only to wild pets—many rare World drops and special non-wild companions have had their stats boosted. For example, the world-drop dragon whelps (Azure Whelpling, Crimson Whelpling, Dark Whelpling, and Emerald Whelpling) are of [rare] quality. Check your Pet Journal to see the color-coded rarity of your non-wild pets.
Upgrading the Quality of Your Pets
Battle-Stones were introduced in patch 5.1 as a new item that can be used to automatically upgrade your pets directly to [uncommon] quality (via Polished Battle-Stones) or [rare] quality (via Flawless Battle-Stones).
There are two versions of each type of stone; general and family-specific:
- General Battle-Stones can be used to upgrade any pet to the quality designated by that stone. These are bind-on-use and may be traded to other players.
- Family-specific Battle-Stones may only be used to upgrade a pet of the corresponding family. These are bind-on-pickup and cannot be traded away.
TIP: Using a Battle-Stone on a pet level 15 or higher will cause the pet to automatically lose 2 levels. Keep this in mind, as you'll want to relevel that pet before you engage in any difficult battles.
Battle-Stones can be found in the Tamer daily reward bag, or randomly awarded to you after defeating a wild pet in battle. There's also a small chance to earn one by defeating a player in a queued PVP match. Defeating a higher level pet increases your chances of getting a stone.
Polished Battle-Stones can be purchased for 1,000 Justice Points. Additionally, the trainers in Stormwind and Orgrimmar will trade one Marked Flawless Battle-Stone in exchange for three of a kind family-specific Flawless Battle-Stone.
Pet Breeds and Breed IDs
Pet breeds are used to determine the primary stats (Health, Power, Speed) of your battle pets. So if you want to maximize your pets' fighting potential, understanding how breeds and breed IDs work is crucial.
Due to the depth and complexity of pet breeds and their ID system, we've developed this section of our Guide to Battle Pets as a stand-alone guide:

Check it out to learn everything you need to know about breeds!
Becoming a Master
A new quest will pop up once your first pet reaches level 3. It will send you to either Audrey Burnhep in Stormwind or Varzok in Orgrimmar. These trainers will offer a quest chain to battle specific Pet Tamer NPCs on each continent. Defeating each of these NPCs will reward a nice chunk of experience for your pets, as well a Sack of Pet Supplies (which has the chance to drop the Porcupette companion, among the always-useful pet bandages).
There are two parts of the quest chain for each continent. The first part involves defeating numerous Master Pet Tamers, and the second requires you to triumph over the Grand Master Tamer. After you've bested the Grand Master Tamer, dailies from each Tamer will unlock for that continent. All the dailies continue to reward experience for your companions, however only the Grand Master daily quest will reward the Sack of Pet Supplies.
Keep in mind that these quests are optional, and are not necessary to continue leveling and capturing companions. They are also account-wide, so if you complete the quest chain on one character, you will not be able to complete it again on another. However, any progress that you've made will be saved and you can pick up where you left off in the quest chain on another character. The dailies that you've unlocked will also be accessible by all your toons.
For more information on each Pet Tamer and the complete quest chain, take a look at this post in our forums.
PVP Pet Battles
If capturing wild pets and fighting against NPCs isn't really your thing, then try out Pet Battles PVP-style!
There are two ways you can go up against another player:
- Through the Pet Battles queue.
- By challenging a player to a Pet Battles duel.
The Pet Battles queued match is the way to go if you’re interested in leveling your pets—winning a queued match will earn your surviving companions experience, whereas winning a Pet Battles duel will not.
To battle against a randomly chosen player and their team of companions, simply hit the Find Battle button in your Pet Journal. The queuing system will attempt to match your team up with an opponent's team of similar level.
Much like an encounter with a wild pet team, PVP Pet Battles are turn-based. However, unlike the PVE version, the PVP combat system is timed and any ability for each round must be chosen within that time limit otherwise it will assume you have passed a turn. A time penalty is applied if you take more than 15 seconds to choose an action, resulting in progressively shorter round timers for you.
Additionally, during a queued Pet Battle you will not be able to speak with your opponent or see their name, realm, or guild. You won't be able to capture any of their companions either. But let's be honest, the main focus is the battle between pets — may the best tamer win!
Organizing Your Pet Collection
With over 250 wild pets to find and capture, it's not unlikely that your collection will soon feel bloated and cluttered. There are a few ways to organize your collection, but there are also some restrictions to keep in mind.
- The maximum number of total pets you can own is 1000 pets (this includes any duplicate companions).
- You can only have 3 of any one pet (and only 1 of certain pets). Once you reach this cap, you won't be able to add anymore of that specific pet to your collection until you remove one from the journal.
FYI: If you’re returning to WoW after an extended absence prior to patch 5.0.1, it’s possible that you’ll have more than the maximum pet limit and/or more than 3 of a kind. However, this will be the only time that you’re allowed to surpass these limits. You will have to pare down your collection, eliminating your duplicates, in order to add new pets.
So what can you do to make sure your collection is neat and tidy but falls under these rules? There are two ways to rid your Pet Journal of unwanted duplicates: releasing and caging.
Release Your Extras
The first way to clean house (or barn, in this case) is to release any extra pets. To do this, right-click on a minipet's name in your journal, and select the 'Release' option in the menu. Doing so will remove this pet from your collection.
Certain hard to obtain pets and promotional companions will not have the release option unless you've reached the duplicate cap (x3) for that specific pet. This is to help prevent any accidental removal of unique and rare companions.
But before you begin to release your duplicates, check to see if they allow you to cage them instead...
Cage and Trade Your Extras
The second option is to cage a pet. You can accomplish in the same way you release one. After caging a companion, it will appear in your inventory. It will retain its stats and level, and this information will be visible when hovering over the item.
These caged versions can be traded and sold. They would make great gifts too!
Keep in mind that for the time being, wild pets cannot be caged. Blizzard developers have expressed concern involving the trade and sale of wild pets, and until a resolution can be implemented, wild pets can only be released. It's not clear if and when we will be able to cage wild pets.
Pet Battle Strategy and Tips
Here are some general tips and strategies to consider when participating in Pet Battles.
- Level up more than one team of 3 pets. You can sub out injured companions with other pets of similar level when your Revive Battle Pet spell is on cooldown.
- Early on, it can be quite advantageous to level a mechanical pet and a beast pet as two of your primary battle pets. You'll run into a ton of beasts and critters at the lower levels, and mechanical is strong against beasts while beasts are strong against critters, allowing you to level more quickly.
- Some pet battle abilities persist through multiple rounds. These can buff your own pets or debuff your opponent's. Use these abilities first to get the most out of them and pave the way to victory!
- Remember to switch companions during a battle. If a pet on your active team doesn't participate in the fight, it won't receive any experience.
- You can earn player experience by Pet Battling. Non-level capped players will earn a small amount of experience when battling wild pets that are within 5 levels of their highest level pet on their active team.
- Review your Pet Battle combat log after a battle to gain a better idea of what worked each round. You can select the option to view Pet Battle Combat in the chat box settings. Right click on the General tab → Settings → Other tab → Check Pet Battle Combat.
- Capture as you go. By capturing companions as you progress through pet levels, you'll be adding higher and higher level pets to your collection. This will save you some time since you won't have to start from level 1 with your new additions.
- Some wild pets are quite rare and have long respawn times. Others have special conditions and will only show up when those conditions are met. Be patient, they will appear eventually!
- If you're looking to catch a specific wild pet but can't find any in the area, enter battle with another pet native to that zone. The companion that you're seeking might show up as the second or third team member. Defeat the team and capture your prize!
- Level capped players have a chance to earn Lesser Charms of Good Fortune from successful battles. The opponent must be within 5 levels of their highest level pet on the active team.
- Pet resilience applies to both PVP and PVE encounters. A pet that has been recently affected by crowd-control (such as a stun), will be granted immunity to further crowd-control for 2 rounds.
- Be careful when purchasing high level companions from the Auction House or other players. You can only add a pet to your collection if its level is equal to or less than your highest level pet.
